I am a mother of three and a grandmother of four.

I have lived in and around Muswellbrook for more than twenty years. I have been a shift worker and understand the strains of working a rotating roster and how this can put pressure on relationships and life in general.

I have always been passionate about mental health and the importance of being able to express yourself without fear of judgement.

My logo with the butterfly was chosen because the butterfly symbolises a transformation and unfolding of oneself.

The company name “Free to be me”, represents all that we are striving to be free of/for; such as being free to express yourself, to love, to feel, to be your true self!
